RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we will gladly accept it Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Returned merchandise that is worn or returned without tags will not be accepted and our customer service team will reach out to discuss shipping the merchandise back to you. 

Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

1. Ensure your items are refundable. 

2. Go to - http://lezat.returnscenter.com

3. Once we receive your return your parcel will process within 5-7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund. 

 

Is my item refundable? We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. Note items must be in brand new condition, free of any stains or odors. If items are not returned in the new condition, the customer will get store credit. All face masks & some other products which are showing FINAL sale that can't be return.

 

Do I have to pay for return postage? A small fee is charged for a return label. For international orders, at this time we do not accept returns from orders shipped outside of the United States.

 

How long does it take to process my refund? Your refund will be processed within 7-10 days of us receiving your parcel. The refund will go back in the original form of payment used to place your order. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the return is processed. ** Due to Covid-19 related shipping delays, orders may take longer than usual to receive. We will continue to work on accommodating timely returns.

 

When will I see the funds back into my account? Refunds require roughly 7-10 business days to process with us however we do suggest contacting your financial institution for more information on when the amount will post to your account. Each bank has varying processing times.
